    The interaction between growers and the agriculture industry is an important component  of this educational meeting.  The trade show for Ag Week 2009 will run from Tuesday, January 6^th through Thursday, January 8^th.  The exhibits will be in the same area of the Dover Building as last year, however the talks will be held behind a sound retardant partition at the back of the room.  The lunch tables will be interspersed with the exhibits to encourage interaction during lunch and the schedule has been condensed to include three sessions running concurrently throughout the three day event.  We hope these changes will improve the visibility of the exhibitors and the educational experience for all in attendance. 

Exhibit booths will include a 6' x 12' space with a table and two chairs and two lunch tickets for each day.  Exhibitors may choose to exhibit for only part of the week.  See the schedule of set-up and take-down times below.  To reserve exhibit space return the exhibitor/sponsor form to James Adkins ASAP, but no later than Wednesday, October 15, 2008.

     If you are not interested in exhibiting, but would like to support Delaware Agriculture Week, sponsorships are available for individual topic areas or the full week.  All of the event sponsors will be recognized in the program and as lunch sponsors. To sponsor Ag Week return the exhibitor/sponsor form to James Adkins ASAP, but no later than Wednesday, October 15, 2008.
