The Delaware 4-H Youth Development program is a volunteer based program. Adult volunteer leaders across Delaware,comprised of parents, teachers, retirees,business and community leaders and the neighbor next door, are the cogs in the engine that makes the Delaware 4-H program run, and operate as a national model for success.

The selfless dedication of our adult volunteers is a treasured resource. The organizations, businesses, corporations  and private individuals who provide the behind the scenes support, are an invaluable asset to the continuing sucess of 4-H youth development in Delaware. We couldn't do it without them and we are proud and honored to recognize them as our partners in youth development!
